Times on Brodetzky

Proposal for a new residential building in the newly renovated urban complex. The design packs the desired program into a sixteen-storey building above a ground floor which will in the future contain various tenants’ welfare programs such as tenants club, gym, bicycle rooms and more. The meticulous design combines typical floors with six housing units and more compact floors, where four housing units have been designed. The different types of floors are separated by another type of floor, with four rooftop apartments designed. On the upper floors will be two penthouses with a gorgeous view of the Mediterranean sea.
