Central Garden

Urban renewal in Netanya. The project is planned as part of a construction-evacuation plan and will change across the whole area. The proposed design creates an interactive ground floor that combines commerce, kindergartens, various programs for the welfare of the complex’s residents – a gym, a boarding club, bicycle rooms and more. In the centre of the floor is a spacious public passage, a shade leading to a quiet back garden where seating areas are surrounded by extensive landscaping.
