Urban renewal through a mixed use complex in the heart of the city of Netanya.
The demolition of a building, which was defined as a dangerous building and for years left abandoned and neglected, for the construction of a mixed-use complex that will include three new parking basements, a double commercial floor, offices and over 100 high-end residential units, including unique rooftop apartments and unique, luxurious beachfront penthouses.
