Gordon high-rise

Urban Renewal on Gordon Street, Netanya. The design uses a mixed-use complex that includes over 200 new housing units at varied finish levels, four luxurious penthouses with rooftop swimming pools. The ground floor has been designed to incorporate joint programs for building occupants such as the lobby, bicycle and carts storage rooms, tenants club and gym, along with first-floor specialist clinics, which have separate access from the ground floor via a pedestrian bridge. The ground floor and first floor are designed as a community garden that incorporates landscaped grounds, seating areas and vegetable gardens.
