The project is located on Ossishkin Street, in the city of Netanya, which has experienced a massive urban renewal in recent years. The building envelope was designed as a design element that incorporates shading, irrigation and fertilization systems combined with collection and composting systems from the organic waste collected by the building’s occupants.
