Ashdod A-Quarter urban renewal

The plan aims to make a massive change in the existing urban fabric of the A quarter in Ashdod, designing it as a unique and inspiring mixed use complex.
The entire transformation of over 195,000 square meters includes an addition of 564 apartments to the 60 currently on site, A 30-storey office building that will be located on the north-eastern corner of the site, 365 assisted-living units and a 3,000 square meters primary school. Lively streets are located on three sides of the site boundary, with an enclosed street mall connecting them from east to west. the site is accessible from neighbouring parks and neighbourhoods, providing a series of enriched experiences and visual attractions.
